How can I facilitate a student-centered classroom?

A student-centered classroom must be well planned, thought out, and prepared for if you are to make it happen. All materials need to be ready for students before the unit begins so students' time is spent in a meaningful way.

I agree. This is always true in the classroom, but it is especially true with technology. It takes longer to make sure everything is in place, and you can't always go back and do the same thing the next year because some of the websites may have disappeared or other resources may not be working.
